All the staff were very efficient, patient. I was surprised with the double room.

We had the double room it was air-conditioned.

It had not very good views.

Make sure you stay in the double room where the bed was 95 % of the space. The interior is modern and design is minimalistic. The hotel is situated in the very central location to the Canning town area.  

I asked for double room and it was lovely sized and nice styled with beautiful view. The management was incredibly nice, as well as the staff. The location of the hotel was very central, right by Close to markets, most tourist 

Cool and clean venue, good for a short stay. Smart TVs, an iron, and a safe in the room, great and brilliant location.

It has great restaurant and marvellous and fab location to the Secret Cinema event.

The place was clean and functional, it had very pleasant staff with Saturday duty receptionist.

Cool and fairly clean place with polite and courteous staff. Double room in the safe for an ipad. Certainly an absolutely amazing experience for short stay in London.

Loved the double room for big suitcases, felt like we were home.

The double room was exceptionally clean for suitcases to be opened, so that guests had essentials. The hotel was situated in the very central location close to the underground.

The place was clean with an amazingly nice staff with Saturday duty receptionist. The airport was 15 km away.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Unbeatable and excellent location, it was close to a bus station. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Chicken Palace to relax and grab some food.

Wi-Fi was slow also the bed of mine was a bit hard.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and absolutely fabulous, as expected. The room I booked was trendy and cheap with the safe for an iPad and a good view and TV. All of the staff was courteous and 

The location is marvellous and brilliant, it's in Lambeth district close to central London for reasonable money, St James's and the Lambeth North tube station. The food is delicious and fine. The hotel provides an excellent service.  

Nice food for breakfast. Air-conditioned rooms, attentive and exceptionally welcoming team with Saturday duty receptionist. Incredible, stunning location in Lambeth district short walk to Liverpool Street, the underground and major bus stops and all the popular
